He shall remain as a Director of the Company until 30 June 2022 and re-designated as Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company. This will facilitate a smooth handover of his duties to his successor. In the interim, our Chief Executive Officer, Mr Ang Guan Hwa, will take over his portfolio.
