Company-Sponsored Diploma and Degree Programmes We continue to sponsor diploma and degree studies to promote lifelong learning and support the professional advancement of our employees. Managing People Series This series covers essential people management competencies, including onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, and talent development. Modules are designed to strengthen communication, teamwork, planning, and problem-solving skills. Employees can access all resources through our Upskill Learning Management System, launched since January 2023. 20-Week Internship for NITEC/Higher NITEC Students Students pursuing Automotive studies participate in a 20-week internship designed to provide hands-on, practical experience in real-world operations. Technical Training Focused on equipping employees with the specific skills required for their roles, including hands-on technical on-thejob training, familiarisation training, and specialised instruction tailored to their job functions (e.g. Technical Training on Tower Crane).
