Work-Study Diploma Programme This 2.5-year programme allows employees to gain full-time work experience while receiving structured on-the-job training guided by experienced mentors and supervisors. Participants attend weekly classes at ITE College West to deepen their technical knowledge and advance their career pathways. TWC Crane Operator Traineeship Programme Designed to develop skilled Crawler and Mobile Crane Operators, this programme combines external certifications (e.g., WSQ Perform Rigger & Signalman Tasks, WSH applications in various contexts, and crane operations) with internal training delivered via our Learning Management System (LMS). In-house modules include safety campaigns, customer service excellence, and monthly safety briefings tailored for crane operators. Career Conversion Programme – Place-and-Train Over a 3-month period, newly hired Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents undergo on-the-job training to prepare for operational roles as crane operators. The programme equips participants with hands-on skills necessary for job readiness and success. Overseas Market Immersion Programme A 9-month development programme tailored for newly hired Country Managers in Southeast Asia. It includes 130 hours of blended learning — combining classroom instruction and eLearning — with a strong emphasis on digital and e-commerce skills to support regional expansion strategies.
