Change Of Name Of Subsidiary Company

The Board of Directors of Tiong Woon Corporation Holding Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that its subsidiary, Offshore Technik Pte. Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tiong Woon Marine Pte. Ltd., which in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) has changed its name to Tiong Woon Offshore Pte. Ltd. with effect from 18 November 2009.
