Change Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Tiong Woon Corporation Holding Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that with effect from 15 December 2009, Mr Lee Wei Hsiung has been appointed as Secretary of the Company in place of Ms Lim Aik Kun who has resigned.

Ms Joanna Lim Lan Sim remains as the other Secretary.
