We recognise that energy excellence requires systematic transformation of consumption patterns, technological advancement, and behavioural change across all operational dimensions. STRATEGIC ENERGY INITIATIVES PORTFOLIO 1. Renewable Energy Integration Programme Our renewable energy strategy emphasises on-site generation, grid independence, and carbon footprint reduction through strategic solar energy deployment and emerging technology evaluation. Solar Energy Excellence: to reduce our carbon footprint, we have installed solar photovoltaic panels at our storage yard at 12 Benoi Place. This initiative aims to utilise a more sustainable power source and contribute to decarbonisation efforts. In FY2025, 76,575 kWh of electricity from the solar panels was directed for use at the site, resulting in an offset of 31.55 tCO2e of GHG emissions. Future Renewable Technology Assessment: We continuously evaluate emerging renewable technologies including battery storage systems, hybrid solar solutions, and innovative energy management platforms that enhance our renewable energy capabilities and grid resilience. 2. Fleet Modernisation Initiative Our fleet transformation strategy prioritises environmental performance while maintaining operational capability and safety standards. We are actively exploring opportunities to upgrade our fleet by assessing alternative fuels, integrating emerging technologies, and staying attuned to industry trends to ensure a future-ready and sustainable approach.
