28 TIONG WOON CORPORATION HOLDING LTD SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2025 EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE AND WELL-BEING COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY We encourage and support employee participation in community service and social responsibility initiatives that create positive local impact while strengthening team relationships and personal fulfilment. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) programmes enable employees to contribute to meaningful causes while representing TWC values in our communities. During FY2025, TWC continued to uphold its commitment to supporting the community through a series of meaningful CSR initiatives, with a strong emphasis on inclusivity, cultural appreciation, and care for the less privileged. As part of our Lunar New Year outreach, TWC collaborated with the South West Community Development Council (CDC), the Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS), and community partners to distribute 200 festive Cheers Packs to households in Telok Blangah. Each pack contained essential food items and festive treats, designed to bring comfort and cheer to residents during the festive season. This initiative was further enriched by the participation of influencer Adeline (@adeltgf), who joined our volunteers in packing and distributing the gifts, amplifying the spirit of giving and fostering greater community inclusivity. Tapping on the strengths of our workforce, TWC supported Hao Ren Hao Shi, a non-profit organisation dedicated to distributing groceries to needy families. Through this collaboration, our skilled drivers assisted with logistical arrangements and participated in distribution events. The partnership not only enhanced operational efficiency for the beneficiaries but also provided our employees with meaningful opportunities to contribute directly to the community. In addition, the Group convened its annual Strategic Meeting and Retreat, uniting senior leaders, key managers, and team members for focused discussions on long-term business directions. The sessions served to review performance, align priorities, and chart the roadmap for sustainable growth. These annual events foster organisational alignment while providing a meaningful platform for knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and collective decision-making. Through these sessions, TWC reaffirmed its commitment to engaging employees at all levels in shaping the company’s future success.
